Kindred Circle accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss to owner's property or pets during the scheduled dates of service.  Either party may terminate within a minimum of 72 hours prior to the first scheduled visit unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family or a medical emergency.  The owner is liable for all medical expenses for their pet/pets in case of a medical emergency.
